My husband and I met JoAnn on our first visit to La Pine. We stopped in her office to see if they had any maps we could use to figure out how the city was laid out and where we could begin looking for property. She not only gave us maps, but helped us figure out where to begin looking, let us know what areas (with very little information about what we were looking for)we might be interested in, and some background information about the area. There was no pressure one way or another, just a friendly welcome. Needless to say, we came back and asked if she could show us some property. We ran the gamut, not really knowing exactly what we were looking for. Again, no pressure, just a warm, easy-going feel to the time. Through our process of actually purchasing an acre of land outside the city, JoAnn never pushed us in one direction or another,she learned what we wanted, and always seemed genuinely interested in our future plans in relocating to the area in the not-so distant future. Now, even though the sale is done, she still keeps in touch with us. JoAnn’s method of working with people remind us of a Realtor we worked with many years ago, who seemed to geniunely care about us as people not just a sale, and that is exactly how we feel about JoAnn and her company. I’m sure the sale is important to them, but more so, the people are important.
